Welcome to Grand Touring Co. By booking or participating in one of our experiences, you agree to the terms outlined below. These guidelines are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests while maintaining the premium standard of the Grand Touring Co. experience.
Driver Requirements
All drivers must:
- Hold a valid driver’s licence.
- Be legally permitted to drive in South Africa.
- Present either:
- A licence issued in English; or
- A valid International Driving Permit alongside their original licence.
- Be physically and legally fit to operate a high-performance vehicle.
Guests must be 8 years or older to participate as passengers.
Grand Touring Co. reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who appears impaired, unsafe, or unable to operate the vehicle responsibly.
Vehicle Use & Conduct
Our vehicles are high-performance luxury supercars and must be treated with care and respect at all times.
Guests agree to:
- Follow all instructions provided by Grand Touring Co. staff and guides.
- Obey all South African road laws and speed regulations.
- Drive responsibly and safely throughout the experience.
- Refrain from reckless driving, racing, dangerous overtaking, or any conduct that may place guests, vehicles, or the public at risk.
Any fines, penalties, or damages caused by negligent or unlawful driving will be charged directly to the responsible guest.
Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and accepted by Grand Touring Co.
Availability is limited due to the exclusive nature of our experiences, and reservations are secured on a first-confirmed basis.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
Grand Touring Co. reserves the right to adjust routes, vehicles, timings, or experiences due to weather, road conditions, safety considerations, vehicle availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
In rare cases where an experience cannot proceed, guests will be offered an alternative date or a suitable solution.
Weather Conditions
Our tours operate in a variety of weather conditions. Cape Town’s changing weather forms part of the unique experience and often creates some of the region’s most dramatic scenery and photography opportunities.
However, guest safety and vehicle safety will always remain our highest priority.
Photography & Media
During your experience, photography and video content may be captured by Grand Touring Co. for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
By participating in a tour, guests grant permission for reasonable use of this content unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the experience.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe, professional, and unforgettable experience, participation in luxury motoring experiences carries inherent risk.
Guests participate voluntarily and acknowledge the nature of driving high-performance vehicles on public roads. Grand Touring Co., its partners, staff, and affiliates cannot accept responsibility for:
- Personal injury;
- Loss or damage to personal belongings;
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external conditions;
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing within these terms excludes rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation or any relevant international consumer laws where applicable.
Privacy
Any personal information shared with Grand Touring Co. is handled with discretion and care and will never be sold or distributed unlawfully.
Information collected during bookings or inquiries is used solely for operational, communication, and customer experience purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
